VisionTek DisplayPort to HDMI Active Adapter (M/F) – The VisionTek DisplayPort to HDMI active adapter allows you to connect your favorite DP device to your HDMI display or projector. This active adapter works without any additional power or drivers. Watch movies in perfect 4K clarity or tackle your most demanding software applications across multiple displays. The adapter outputs both high-definition video and surround sound digital audio from your DP device to your HDMI equipped display, monitor, TV or projector.
Unlike passive adapters, this DP to HDMI converter offers an active chipset for compatibility with any DisplayPort output – ideal for graphics cards and devices that do not support outputting multi-mode DP++ signals (e.g. AMD Eyefinity).
